Wow !! I had order the original recipe and like it, but like others some thought it was too sour. But this new recipe im able to taste the mango and strawberry and was not over powered by the acidity.

I love your picamango. It is a little too spicy for me, and for my students, but we enjoyed it very very much. I wonder if you could make a milder version of it? If so I will certainly buy more. I also make food for sale, but not regularly. If some one orders a food without certain ingredient or not so spicy I take out a portion before mixing the unwanted ingredient or the big quantity. Just an idea! I am trying the pica fresa this week and feel very excited about it. I imagine it will be spicy too, but also so yummy. I want to know when exactly do you post your offerings to be ready to order as they sale out fast. I am happy I can support your initiative. Picamango is delicious!! Adelante Leoncita!!
