Refund Policy

We use minimal ingredients and only natural preservatives in the creation of our candies. While we will always do everything in our power to protect our products in transit, it is possible that our candies might occasionally be affected by adverse weather conditions. If any product arrives damaged or in poor condition, we are happy to arrange a refund for your purchase, if eligible!

To be considered for a refund, please contact us within the first two days of receiving your products. Email us at picasweetsbyleoncita@gmail.com, including a brief explanation of the problem and a picture so we can quickly determine your refund eligibility!
